The deep blue bottle body is the base color; the logos and graphic band are applied as wraparound UV artwork.This project used a 12oz cola-shaped insulated bottle with a deep blue bottle body. The customer supplied the campaign artwork, and we adjusted the logos and graphic elements to wrap around the curved surface before applying the UV decoration and gloss oil finish.
Bottle style used in this project
The selected product was a 12oz cola-shaped insulated bottle made with 304 stainless steel and double-wall insulation. Its compact curved shape was used as the base for the deep blue color and wraparound branded artwork.

Base color, UV artwork and packaging
Deep blue bottle base color
The bottle body itself was finished in deep blue. This is the underlying bottle color—not a blue UV layer printed over the entire surface.
Wraparound UV logo artwork
The customer’s logos, partner text and multicolor graphic elements were arranged around the bottle body and applied using UV printing. The layout was adjusted to follow the cola-shaped curve and keep the main brand elements visible from different viewing angles.
Gloss oil finish
A gloss oil top finish gave the dark blue surface and printed elements the bright, reflective appearance visible in the finished bottle.
Custom packaging for the order
The bottle was supplied with custom packaging rather than standard white-box packing, allowing the bottle and its presentation to be confirmed together before bulk production.
Sample confirmation, production and delivery
The project moved forward in three clear stages, covering sample confirmation, the 3,000-piece production run and international delivery.
Sample
The physical sample was completed in about 2 days and sent by express for customer confirmation.
Production
After the sample was approved, the 3,000-piece bulk order was completed in about 20 days.
Delivery
The order shipped by DDP regular sea freight, with about 30–35 days in transit.
